Pam has been working in the field of psychiatry for about fifty years. Since beginning her career, she has worked in inpatient and outpatient settings, had a private practice, provided clinical supervision, and worked in mobile treatment. It was during her first experience working in a mobile treatment that she saw how important the service was in reaching clients who may not otherwise be able to access the benefits of treatment. This experience, in combination with her numerous years in the field, shaped and solidified her strong belief that we need to meet clients where they are. Main Street Mobile Treatment was born out of Pam’s clinical beliefs and commitment to serving clients. It was also strongly influenced by her belief in offering employment to staff members in which they can do a job they love that is balanced with the rest of their lives. Pam currently continues to serve as Main Street’s Director, a position she enjoys immensely. Outside of work, Pam likes spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
